Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation: Rapidly prototype and implement AI solutions across various use cases, including computer vision, personal health LLMs, and NLP sentiment analysis, to accelerate time-to-market.
  • Infrastructure Development: Design and maintain dynamic data indexing systems and private, encrypted ETL pipelines within sovereign data clusters.
  • Agent Orchestration: Extending our multi-agent orchestration platform that dynamically engages AI agents working collaboratively with secure and permissioned data computations.

What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack is looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven Sr Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region to join our fast-paced, high-performing team of sales professionals looking to rise through the ranks as we continue to build upon a winning culture within the composable DXP space. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers and set the tone for future client experiences. You will be critical and drive business growth by identifying, building, and nurturing new customer relationships. Your consultative sales and relationship-building expertise will be essential to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Our ideal candidate is hard-working and highly motivated to execute the sales plan. You think outside of the traditional cadence and social selling realm. You value cold calling, and personalized email outreach, and can leverage buyer personas within Enterprise accounts. Above all, you are passionate about innovating in the composable DXP space, delivering the best possible customer experience. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your territory to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Initiate meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and pain points and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Work closely with the Business Development Representative to find and develop new opportunities
  • Leverage Contentstack Partners to discover and run co-sell opportunities
  • Qualify and drive opportunities using MEDDPICC
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Work closely with sales-engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and present compelling proposals that address customers’ needs
  • Stay ahead on market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Utilize insights to position Contentstack as a solution provider that as unique value
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, forecasts, and performance data to assess progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Keep CRM up to date and provide regular updates to management on sales performance, strategies, and market insights
Requirements

What Really Gets Us Excited About You?

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales in a New Business role
  • Enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) experience within a fast-paced/high-growth business is required
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic selling: strategy, relationship and organization mapping, etc.
  • Native German speaker fluent in English
  • Experience leveraging Business Development Representatives
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline in DACH territories
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota (top 10% of your company) in past positions
  • Demonstrated an upwards trajectory of performance (against individual direct sales quotas of >$1M+)
  • Sales Methodology training and strong customer references preferred
  • Experienced in account analysis methodologies such as MEDDPICC preferred
  • A bachelor’s or university degree preferred but not required
  • Experience with the content management industry is a big plus
  • MACH tech stack experience is also a big plus
  • Some travel is exciting to you!

Salary for this role ranges between €105,000-120,000 plus variables based on skill set and experience

Job Overview

We’re building an excellence center to deliver a new high-performance, modular, and scalable trading infrastructure. As a Tech Lead or Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll be core to this transformation — architecting systems capable of handling hundreds of concurrent transactions and helping us scale into 2025 and beyond.

Tasks
  • Lead the design and development of high performance trading systems, ensuring robust architecture and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and enhance existing functionalities in trading platforms.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Conduct performance analysis and optimization to ensure low-latency and high-throughput trading operations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in trading system capabilities.
Requirements

Must have:

  • 5+ years (Tech Lead) or 3+ years (Senior Developer) of backend system development.
  • Proven experience in high-performance trading systems or real-time financial applications.
  • Strong command of system architecture, API design, and data handling under load.
  • Passion for clean code — ideally with personal GitHub projects or side work to show.
  • Comfortable working independently and in startup environments.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with OMS (Order Management Systems) and EOD (End-of-Day) settlement systems.
  • Background in fintech, brokerages, or building mobile trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, or event-driven architecture.
  • Experience mentoring or managing small engineering teams (for Tech Lead).
