**Description**
SAIC is seeking an Air Battle Management Operations Analyst to support the US Air Force Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) program at the US Air Forces Europe / Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) Warfare Center (UAWC) in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
COBRA provides for the implementation, integration, development, and delivery of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) solutions to support the US Air Force, Department of Defense, and mission partner multi-domain operations (MDO) within the Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) strategy.
The role of this position is to provide Air Battle Manager (ABM) operations expertise to facilitate the delivery of live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training to US, allied, and partner-nation warfighters spanning the United States European Command (USEUCOM) and United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM) Areas of Responsibility (AOR) at the of tactical and operational levels of war.
The Air Battle Management Operations Analyst will:
+ Provide ABM support to Tier 1-4 exercises. This includes, but is not limited to, large force employment exercises integrating USAF, Joint Force, and Allied forces in the air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace domains, as well as smaller events exercising specific capabilities.
+ Prepare, coordinate, and present USAF, Joint Force, and Allied air warfare briefings, support academic development and instruction, and lead air warfare discussions with a wide range of audiences as requested by the US Government.
+ Design relevant scenarios informed by knowledge of US, Joint Force, Allied, and adversary real-world systems, capabilities, and tactics for integration into UAWC-sponsored and supported training and exercise events, with supporting presentations, briefings, and other exercise products.
+ Develop exercise documents including Master Scenario Event List (MSEL), Air Operations Directives (AOD), Air Tasking Orders (ATO), Airspace Control Plans (ACP), Airspace Control Orders (ACO), Area Air Defense Plans (AADP), Special Instructions (SPINs), and mission execution products.
+ Facilitate the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) of various exercises with warfighters by participating in exercise scenario development, mission planning, mass briefs, mission briefs, execution, debriefs, analysis, and after-action reports.
+ Conduct simulated ABM operations replicating the AOC and other C2 agencies during LVC exercises for missions that include: 5th generation fighter employment, Fighter Integration (FI), Offensive Counterair (OCA), Defense Counterair (DCA), Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), Suppression of Enemy Air Defense (SEAD), Air Interdiction (AI), Close Air Support (CAS), Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance (SCAR), Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR), and Dynamic Targeting (DT).
**Qualifications**
+ ABM (or rated equivalent) with CRC, AWACS, C2ISR, and/or AOC operational experience, with the most recent operational tour within the last 5 years.
+ At least one past assignment on an AOC, JOC, NATO CAOC, or similar staff directly managing operational-level C2.
+ Minimum of 200 instructor / evaluator hours.
+ Expert knowledge of USAF and Joint Force doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
+ Experience with the Joint Air Operations Planning (JAOP) or the Joint Operations Planning Process for Air (JOPPA) at the AOC, Component, COCOM, or Joint Staff level.
+ US Citizen and an Active U.S. Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
+ Bachelor's and Nine (9) or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.

+ AOC experience within the past 5 years.
+ USAF C2 Warrior Advanced Course graduate.
+ USAF Weapons School graduate (or equivalent).
+ USMC Weapons Instructor Course graduate.

+ UAWC leadership decision analysis supporting M&S equities.
+ Physical configuration analysis of M&S systems.
+ Facilitate and promote the interchange of information on requirements, capabilities, deficiencies, and technology applications for UAWC exercises and training events to meet warfighter Desired Learning Objectives (DLOs).
+ Integrate, support, and document M&S capabilities and emerging technologies to promote M&S efforts with Joint, Allied, and Coalition commands, units, and institutions. This includes NATO Modeling and Simulations Groups (NMSGs) and Distributed Simulation Training (DST) efforts.
+ Evaluate and test new and emerging technologies associated with M&S and advise leadership on opportunities to improve exercises and training events.
+ Coordinate with staff action officers on technical and operational topics related to this effort.
**Qualifications**

**Description**
SAIC is seeking a qualified Naval Surface Warfare Officer specialized in Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) to support the US Air Force Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) program in Kaiserslautern, Germany as a Maritime Surface Warfare Operations Analyst (Senior).
COBRA is the premier agency responsible for implementation, integration, and development of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and training and analysis standards that support the US Air Force (USAF), Department of Defense (DoD), and mission partners by providing the Warfighter a full-spectrum training environment.
This position supports the USAFE-AFAFRICA Warfare Center (UAWC) at Einsiedlerhof AS, Germany. Success in this position directly impacts the training readiness of USAF, Joint Force, and Allied military forces in Europe and across the globe. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
+ Support the operational and technical aspects of maritime Anti-Air Warfare (AAW) and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) integration into Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) scenarios to exercise and validate planned air and missile defense designs, concepts, and procedures.
+ Prepare, coordinate, and present Maritime Surface Warfare briefings.
+ Lead Maritime Surface Warfare discussions with a wide range of audiences as requested by the Government.
+ Provide Maritime Surface Warfare operations expertise for all UAWC supported training exercises and events.
+ Support Tier 1-4 exercises including, but not limited to, large force exercises integrating joint, combined, allied, and other partner nations' forces in an air, land, and sea battlespace, and support smaller scenarios integrating specific capabilities.
+ Generate documents and mission materials in support of exercise scenarios. These include, but are not limited, to Naval Operational Taskings (OPTASKs), Air Operations Directive (AOD), Airspace Control Plan (ACP), Air Tasking Order (ATO), Airspace Control Order (ACO), Area Air Defense Plan (AADP), Special Instructions (SPINs), Orders of Battle (OOB), red air plans, briefings, and mission cards.
+ Perform White / Blue / Red Force functions during execution of Tier 1-4 exercises and training events with virtual and constructive models. These include but are not limited to: Future Force Experimentation Air Defense Simulation (FFEADS), International Simulation (ISim), Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE), and Next Generation Threat System (NGTS).
+ Lead all aspects of Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) planning, including concept development, planning conferences, mission planning, white force briefs, mass briefs, execution, debriefs, and after-action report completion with the exercise audiences.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's and 9 years of experience conducting Maritime Surface Warfare operations, or 20 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
+ CRUDES TAO and Force TAO (Air Warfare) with operational experience within 5 years, and with a minimum of 10 years of operational experience.
+ In-depth knowledge of the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP).
+ Must be a US Citizen with minimally Secret clearance and able to obtain Top Secret / SCI.
**Desired Qualifications and Experience**
+ USN IAMD WTI graduate.
+ Previous qualification as an Upper-Tier Coordination Officer.
+ Previous qualification as a BMD Watch Officer.
+ Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) processes and planning.

COBRA is the premier agency responsible for implementation, integration, and development of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and training and analysis standards that support the US Air Force (USAF), Department of Defense (DoD), and mission partners by providing the Warfighter a full-spectrum training environment.
This position supports the USAFE-AFAFRICA Warfare Center (UAWC) at Einsiedlerhof AS, Germany. Success in this position directly impacts the training readiness of USAF, Joint Force, and Allied military forces in Europe and across the globe. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
+ Support the operational and technical aspects of maritime Anti-Air Warfare (AAW) and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) integration into Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) scenarios to exercise and validate planned air and missile defense designs, concepts, and procedures.
+ Prepare, coordinate, and present Maritime Surface Warfare briefings.
+ Lead Maritime Surface Warfare discussions with a wide range of audiences as requested by the Government.
+ Provide Maritime Surface Warfare operations expertise for all UAWC supported training exercises and events.
+ Support Tier 1-4 exercises including, but not limited to, large force exercises integrating joint, combined, allied, and other partner nations' forces in an air, land, and sea battlespace, and support smaller scenarios integrating specific capabilities.
+ Generate documents and mission materials in support of exercise scenarios. These include, but are not limited, to Naval Operational Taskings (OPTASKs), Air Operations Directive (AOD), Airspace Control Plan (ACP), Air Tasking Order (ATO), Airspace Control Order (ACO), Area Air Defense Plan (AADP), Special Instructions (SPINs), Orders of Battle (OOB), red air plans, briefings, and mission cards.
+ Perform White / Blue / Red Force functions during execution of Tier 1-4 exercises and training events with virtual and constructive models. These include but are not limited to: Future Force Experimentation Air Defense Simulation (FFEADS), International Simulation (ISim), Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE), and Next Generation Threat System (NGTS).
+ Lead all aspects of Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) planning, including concept development, planning conferences, mission planning, white force briefs, mass briefs, execution, debriefs, and after-action report completion with the exercise audiences.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's and 9 years of experience conducting Maritime Surface Warfare operations, or 20 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
+ CRUDES TAO and Force TAO (Air Warfare) with operational experience within 5 years, and with a minimum of 10 years of operational experience.
+ In-depth knowledge of the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP).
+ Must be a US Citizen with minimally Secret clearance and able to obtain Top Secret / SCI.
**Desired Qualifications and Experience**
+ USN IAMD WTI graduate.
+ Previous qualification as an Upper-Tier Coordination Officer.

**Description**
SAIC is seeking an NGTS/MACE/AFSIM Model Controller / Air Operations SME CAF/MAF/AFSOC (Pilot, Combat Systems Operator, or Air Battle Manager) to support the US Air Force Modeling and Simulation Exercises.
The NGTS/MACE/AFSIM Model Controller / Air Operations SME shall support worldwide Air Force and Joint/Coalition partners in executing Tier 3 and 4 exercises on request. The tactical air Modeling and Simulation systems enable USAF's high-fidelity integration of virtual and constructive weapons systems to realistically representing the tactical and operational capabilities the USAF brings to the joint fight.
This is a part-time/on-call position, which will include multiple 2-3-week assignments/exercises (in either Hawaii, Germany, or Republic of Korea). Target salary starts at $67.50/HR.
The Controller/Gamer shall:
+ Understand operational mission products (Joint Integrated Orders (JIO), Air Operations Directives (AOD), Special instructions (SPINS), Airspace Control Orders (ACO), Air Tasking Orders (ATO)) and build realistic mission plans
+ Accurately execute USAF Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures as well as radio and data link communications to support integrated training within a synthetic environment.
+ Execute the Joint Master Scenario Event List (JMSEL) to ensure stated Desired Learning Objectives and Training objectives are met.
**Qualifications**

+ 6 years' experience as a CAF/MAF/AFSOC pilot, CSO, or ABM, Air Force Tactical Modeling and Simulation Systems and Operational Air Planning.
+ Knowledge of Air Force TTPs and theater level mission planning Documents and orders.
+ Bachelor's degree and fourteen (14) years or more experience; or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
+ Must be a US Citizen and currently possess a minimum Secret Clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Instructor and/or Weapons Instructor Course Graduate preferred.
+ TS/SCI Clearance.
+ Knowledge shall include the practical application of Air Simulation for the support of exercises, the fundamental principles of simulation-driven exercise planning, and experience in the control of a simulation center during an exercise.

+ Contractor shall control and manage the operation of an ASCCE simulation system during execution of exercises to include Air Warfare Simulation (AWSIM), Combat Systems Interface (CSI), Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS), Air Force Synthetic Environment for Reconnaissance and Surveillance (AFSERS), Logistics Simulation (LOGSIM), Air and Space Collaborative Environment-Information Operations Suite (ACE-IOS) Command and Control Simulation Environment for Training (C2SET) and Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM).
+ Manage Exercise Command and Control Systems to facilitate Air Operations throughout the exercise including Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System ( JADOCS), Master Air Attack Plan Tool Kit (MAAPTK), C2Core, Networked Interoperable Real-Time Information Services (NIRIS), Integrated Command & Control (ICC) System, Tactical Data Analysis and Connectivity System (TDACS), Active Directory Service Interfaces (ADSI), Joint Range Extension (JRE), Etc.

**Description**
SAIC is seeking a qualified Fighter Pilot to support the US Air Force Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) program at the US Air Forces Europe / Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) Warfare Center (UAWC) in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
COBRA provides for the implementation, integration, development, and delivery of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) solutions to support the US Air Force, Department of Defense, and mission partner multi-domain operations (MDO) within the Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) strategy.
The role of this position is to provide fighter pilot and tactical air employment expertise to facilitate the delivery of live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training to US, allied, and partner-nation warfighters spanning the United States European Command (USEUCOM) and United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM) Areas of Responsibility (AOR) at the tactical and operational levels of war.
**The Fighter Pilot Operations Analyst will:**
+ Conduct simulated air operations during exercises in missions that include 4th / 5th Gen fighter employment, 4th / 5th Gen Fighter Integration (FI), Offensive Counterair (OCA), Defense Counterair (DCA), Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD), Air Interdiction (AI), Close Air Support (CAS), Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance (SCAR), Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR), and Dynamic Targeting (DT).
+ Facilitate the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) with warfighters including exercise scenario development, mission planning, mass briefs, mission briefs, execution, debriefs, analysis, and after-action reports.
+ Develop exercise documents including Air Operations Directives (AOD), Air Tasking Orders (ATO), Airspace Control Plans (ACP), Airspace Control Orders (ACO), Area Air Defense Plans (AADP), Special Instructions (SPINs), and mission execution products.
+ Execute blue, red, and white force roles in simulation systems that include the F-35 Emulated Non-OFP Interoperability Xperience (FENIX) simulator, Next Generation Threat System (NGTS), Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE), and Air Warfare Simulation (AWSIM).
+ Prepare, coordinate, and present USAF, Joint Force, and Allied air warfare briefings, support academic development and instruction, and lead air warfare discussions with a wide range of audiences as requested by the US Government.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's and Fourteen (14) or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
+ 4th / 5th Gen Fighter Pilot with operational experience with a minimum of 10 years of operational experience.
+ Minimum of 200 hours of flight instructor or flight evaluator experience.
+ US Citizen and Top Secret Security Clearance (Eligible for SCI/SAP).
