TasksYour Role
In this remote position, you will take on a dynamic and independent role focused on business development, client engagement, and growth within a structured and proven system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing your own portfolio within a guided business framework
- Identifying and engaging qualified prospects through digital channels (training provided)
- Conducting structured conversations with potential partners
- Supporting and mentoring individuals entering the business
- Implementing marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, and Google
- Participating in ongoing training and development sessions
Your Profile
- 6+ years of professional experience (corporate or self-employed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership
- Interest in leadership, personal development, or coaching
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage
- Creative thinker with a can-do-attitude
