Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Clinical Monitoring team in München, Germany. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

  • Preparation of files with essential documents for conducting clinical trials.
  • Perform a variety of support tasks for departmental personnel/processes
  • Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
  • Maintain databases/spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities;
  • Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary;
  • Support other departments on ad hoc projects; and
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and some relevant professional experience;
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Knowledge and organizational skills to perform day-to-day departmental support activities;
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to professionally communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties; and
  • Proficiency in English and German.
