Job Description

We are seeking full time analysts capable of applying managerial, technical, and business knowledge and judgment to DoD Business Operations for complex weapon systems.

Qualified candidate must be capable of:

  • Capability to perform EVM reporting and analysis in order to prepare reports for senior leaders to provide status updates or request programmatic decisions.
  • Capability to perform integrated baseline reviews to gauge health and status of program contracts.

Specialized related knowledge:

  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team to resolve issues and present solutions to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or to lead a team to resolve issues and present solutions to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to review and assess the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Cost Performance Report (CPR) and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR)
  • Document issues and provide alternatives
  • Understanding of database design and functionality
  • Assist in independent estimates at completion and the review of EMV guidance compliance
  • Assist in updating and implementing policy guidance and recommend updated
  • Development of internal integrated program management training packages
  • Analyze and interpret EVM Data provided by contractors to ensure compliance
  • Prepare briefings for various stakeholders
  • Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews
  • Assist programs and the DCMA in the conduct of EVMS joint surveillance
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to support teams
  • Established knowledge of Excel and MS Office product slate
Qualifications

Client requires candidate to have an:

  • Active US Security Clearance (Secret, TS, TS/SCI)
  • BA/BA in a related field and 5 years experience, or
  • MA/MS in a related field or 3 years' experience
