Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including manuals and guidelines for production installation and usage within Henkel Consumer Brands.

Proactively identify and address areas for technical improvements as well as risks and countermeasures.

Measure, track and report on project performance and milestones.

Develop and implement process engineering guidelines, tools, and standardization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in production processes.

Define Key Performance Indicators and align within the technical community.

1. Master's degree with focus on engineering, supply chain, process technology, production or similar.
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
3. Good understanding and knowledge of FMCG industrial production processes.
4. Very high level of self-management and flexibility.
5. Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in multi-functional teams.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and good team spirit.
7. Fluent English language skills.
8. Willingness to travel globally.
