WHAT TO EXPECT: Prepare to play a key role in our design team at Phiture, collaborating with a skilled team of designers and providing mentorship to junior team members. You´ll engage with consultants and clients to craft cutting-edge visual concepts!

As a Senior Designer under the guidance of our Creative Lead, your role involves steering design initiatives across a spectrum of apps for international clients. Dive into hands-on design work (80%) while offering inspirational creative guidance to junior designers (20%). Uphold brand consistency while fostering an environment for creative A/B experimentation and optimization. Your creative expertise will shape the success of our clients' projects!

Please note that this is NOT a UI/UX, product, or brand design position. We are specifically looking for a marketing/advertising Designer experienced with mobile apps and Figma.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead design initiatives across a portfolio of apps for international clients, balancing hands-on design work (80%) with guiding junior designers (20%).
  • Collaborate with creative professionals to produce digital advertising for user acquisition, icons, screenshots, and custom product pages for mobile app stores, video storyboards, in-app messages, email, and push notifications.
  • Undertake large-scale design localization, sometimes working on assets for 30+ markets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business challenges and lead art direction to address marketing and other business objectives.
  • Act as a primary design voice for client-facing engagements, including meetings and bespoke workshops.
  • Challenge and develop creative strategies, demonstrating a profound understanding of how strategy influences design solutions.
  • Assist the Creative Lead and Project Managers with planning and team efficiencies.
  • Stay abreast of industry design trends and new technology developments, including AI, and share insights within the creative team and across the company.
  • Develop thought leadership expertise, contributing to and presenting on webinars and conferences.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Proven track record in a similar, senior-level design position.
  • Must-Have: Experience working within a creative agency, with a focus on digital or mobile.
  • Must-Have: Proficiency with Figma, including automation and components, and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Demonstrable creative thinking and a strong conceptual approach showcased in a robust portfolio of work.
  • Excellent eye for layout, typography, and design for mobile-first environments.
  • Ability to create and maintain new processes and workflows.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
