We are seeking a highly motivated and creativeindividual for the position of Social Media Account Manager.Responsibilities:Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies toincrease brand awareness and engagement for both our clients andinternallyCreate and curate engaging content for various social media platforms,including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, andTikTok.Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience insights, andcompetitor activities to optimize social media campaigns.Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster apositive online community.Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media contentcalendars and ensure the timely execution of campaigns.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social mediamarketing.Requirements:Achieved a degree/diploma in marketing, communications, or a relatedfield.Knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms and theirrespective best practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability tointerpret data.Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within ateam.Nice to Haves:Experience managing social media accounts for personal or professionalpurposes.Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such asCanva or Adobe Creative Suite.Basic photography and videography skills and familiarity with designtools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and PremiereUnderstanding of SEO and content marketing principles.Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotionstrategies.Previous experience with social media scheduling and managementtools.This is a hybrid position with nominal work hours between 9 AM and 5 PMwith hours that can be adjusted if necessary.If you are passionate about social media, have a creative mindset, andare eager to contribute to the success of a growing startup with thepotential for future growth within the company, we would love to hear fromyou.
