Was Sie erwartet

• Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an militärischen Fahrzeugen und Systemen (Eigen- und Fremdprodukte)
• Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt in der Diagnose und Fehlersuche an mechanischen, hydraulischen, elektrischen und elektronischen Komponenten
• In Ihrer Funktion beraten und unterstützen Sie die Kunden zu technischen Themen

Was Sie mitbringen

• Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Kraftfahrzeug-/Nutzfahrzeugtechnik mit
• Vor allem überzeugen Sie durch Ihre Kenntnisse im Fahrzeugbau, idealerweise im Bereich schwerer Nutzfahrzeuge, Bau- und Landmaschinen oder Nutzfahrzeugtechnik
• Darüber hinaus konnten Sie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Diagnosesystemen sammeln
• Ein Plus ist der Führerschein Klasse C  Englischkenntnisse und ggf. andere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab

This position is planned as a two-year maternity cover. You will be located in Marburg or alternatively in Hattersheim and report directly into the HRBP Agile Lead. Our HR team in Marburg is organized in a modern open space environment, so you will sit side by side with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Payroll.
 

The Opportunity

The Opportunity

• One of your core responsibilities will be to manage the review and triage of employment law guidance requests to external counsel across EMEA, serving as the primary point of contact for the Global Head of Labor & Employment Law.
• You will provide strategic legal advice on organizational change initiatives, including restructurings, transitions of external service providers, workforce planning, and digital transformation projects.

Your Skills and Experience

• 1st and 2nd German “state exam”
• Must be licensed to practice law, with active bar membership in Germany
• Minimum of 8 years’ applicable legal experience with focus on German employment law required, preferably including at least 3 years as in-house counsel. Preferred candidate will also have significant experience advising on employment law in Switzerland, UK, France or other European countries
• Qualified candidate will have significant experience in working directly with works councils; independently counseling clients (particularly HR) on universe of employment law-related matters, and litigating in and appearing before federal courts and agencies
• Preferred candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry
• Strong negotiating and drafting skills, communication and stakeholder influencing skills, business acumen and judgment required

Die Position

• Abstimmen des konkreten, externen Plasma-Bedarfs für CPG und CSL
• Auswahl von Lieferanten nach vorgegebenen Kriterien (unter Nutzung von z. B. Internet-, SAP-, besuchen von Lieferanten und Messen) sowie Marktbeobachtung
• Bei Dienstleistungen zusätzlich: Anfragetätigkeit und Angebotsauswertung, Bestellentscheidung in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten (z. B. vorgegebener Budgetrahmen)
• Mahnen bei Lieferterminüberschreitung in Deutsch Englisch und Französisch
• Unterstützen von QA Plasma Supplier Qualification bei Qualitäts- oder Quantitätsabweichungen der Lieferungen/Dienstleistungen sowie bei fehlender Dokumentation
• Übernahme von Teilprojektverantwortung in komplexen lokalen und globalen Projekten im Prozess- und Technologieportfolio
• Übernahme von Projektverantwortung von einfachen lokalen Projekten
• Überwachung des Projektfortschrittes gem. Vorgabe des Projektleiters und des Projektplanes
• Notfall-Unterstützung von CSL Behring-Procurement bei ARIBA-Bestellprozessen für die CSL Plasma Standorte
• Fachliche Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Budgets und des Forecasts für den Bereich Einkauf / Transportmanagement
• Sicherstellen das die Plasma-Einkaufsverträge gemäß der Vorgaben der Rechtsabteilung in Companion erfasst werden
• Key User Funktionalität für Companion
• Mitarbeit bei der monatlichen, jährlichen Berichterstellung für den Monats- und Jahresabschluss.
• Ermittlung von monatlichen und jährlichen Kennzahlen
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Transportaufträge innerhalb der Schweiz an den Transportdienstleister
• Fachliche Anleitung neuer Mitarbeiter im Bereich Einkauf/Transportmanagement

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• i.d.R. abgeschlossene 3-jährige kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Groß- und Außenhandel (Fachrichtung Außenhandel)
• Englisch Level 2, Französisch Level 1
• SAP-Kenntnisse
• Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Einkauf und Logistik
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
• 4-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
