Nach individueller Einarbeitung vor Ort, in der Zentrale oder einem unserer Trainingscenter bist du Teil unseres Expertenteams in der Filiale:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Wartung und Reparatur von Fahrzeugen aller Marken – vom Motor bis zur Elektronik - mit gängigen Diagnosetools
- Du bringst deine Expertise auch bei Arbeiten an Hybrid- und Hochvoltfahrzeugen ein
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung von Haupt- und Abgasuntersuchungen und optimierst das Fahrverhalten durch präzise Achs- und Spurvermessung
- Du dokumentierst die Fahrzeugchecks im digitalen Werkstattauftrag
- Reifenmontagen in Saisonzeiten

The Global Supplier Quality Engineer - Electronics for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will serve as a critical quality liaison between Beckman Coulter and our key electronics (PCB, cables, electrical assemblies) suppliers worldwide . In close partnership with Operational SQE’s and our Sourcing Commodity Managers, you will lead efforts to develop long-term supplier partnerships to elevate supplier performance, mitigate risk, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality electronics components to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives .
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Global Supplier Quality responsible for glob al supplier quality strategy and is part of the Global Supplier Quality team. The job location for this role is in-person, preferably, Chaska MN, Miami FL or Brea CA.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive supplier quality strategies aligned with key commodity sourcing objectives by partnering closely with Global Commodity Management and cross-functional teams across manufacturing sites. Ensure alignment with business goals by integrating quality initiatives into sourcing decisions and long-term supplier strategies.
Independently lead quality workshops and comprehensive supplier development initiatives to strengthen manufacturing process capabilities, product reliability, and supplier performance across global sites. Utilize data-driven approaches and best practices to enable sustainable improvements in supplier operations.
Manage and execute supplier audits, qualifications, and ongoing performance assessments to ensure adherence to internal quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable external regulatory frameworks. Provide structured feedback and corrective action follow-up to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Serve as a strategic quality leader throughout the supplier lifecycle , including early engagement during supplier selection, influencing quality expectations during contract negotiations, and managing supplier relationships to drive long-term quality outcomes. Partner with Operational SQEs and suppliers to develop and implement robust risk mitigation plans addressing quality, compliance, and supply continuity risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to embed quality into all phases of the product lifecycle—from concept through commercialization. Leverage strategic partnerships and internal collaboration to drive year-over-year improvements in supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in technical field with 9+ years' experience or master’s degree in field with 7+ years' experience or comparable
Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or supplier development within international manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge in quality systems and tools, including risk management, CAPA, APQP, PPAP, FAI, and statistical analysis methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel – up to 25% globally, based on business needs
It would be a plus if you also possess :
Experience in FDA-regulated or medical device manufacturing environments.
Certifications such as CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, or equivalent.

The Buyer Planner for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, procuring and scheduling materials and services within Oracle in order to meet the requirements of the factory and customers. You will manage suppliers to improve KPI’s and support lean manufacturing inventory flow. This position is located on-site in Baierbrunn (Munich).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Raw Materials and Finished Goods Inventory management including space allocation and planning
- Maintain materials holding policies in line with customer and business objectives
- Determine inventory policies to optimize revenue opportunities while minimizing excess and obsolescence exposure
- Material requirements planning for selected products/suppliers and effective scheduling of responsible production areas.
- Place purchase orders & updates, manage call-offs and monitor vendor performance. Ensure all Oracle system messages are acted upon in a timely and efficient manner and all system data records are accurate and up to date.

The Manufacturing & Process Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness Furthermore, the Manufacturing & Process Engineer is responsible to leand manage key engineering projects. The System Specialist – Technical Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for assisting with the initiation, design, development, and implementation of product improvements and changes. This position also provides real time technical support to Field Service teams.
This position is part of the Global Technical Support Team and will be based out of our office in Munich, Germany. You will report to the Senior Manager responsible for leading a team of 10+ support engineers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Evaluate the current implementation of the complete system, report and recommend improvements, modifications or service tooling that can be implemented on the products to peers, to reduce the cost and complexity for the service organization.
- Monitor, manage, and drive corrective actions for escalations arising from system misalignments.
- Establish a System Level Mentoring and Support framework for other GPTS and Field associates for resolving System Level Issues.
- Champion the connectivity of Automation and CIT products by evaluating and measuring their performance against an established connectivity framework and driving improvements in identified action areas.
- Support GPTS NPD Core Team members in concept design reviews to ensure alignment with connectivity framework and system requirements.
Expected result:
- Key contributor to the holistic strategy for “The System”:
Thinks holistically around the solution and understands if something happens in the automation realm what are the implication to CIT, CCIA and Heme/UA. - Bring “system thinking” to GPTS and Field Associates
- Establish alignment of system level service documentation and training.
- Global support to resolve multi-system issues at customers

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, science, computer science or related technical field with proven experience of relevant instrument experience in a regulated industry
Demonstrates technical experience, strong analytical skills, and good judgment to solve problems; analyses information and standard practices to make judgments
Must be willing to travel internationally and domestically approximately 20-30% of the time
Fluent English
Advanced MS Office skills, Outlook Word, Excel, Internet
Experience in the medical device or related industry
Experience with relevant software programs such as Oracle Business Intelligence Module Skill and Microsoft Power BI

The Strategic Sourcing Manager (TPO) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for strategic sourcing, category and alliance management with Third-Party Organizations (TPO) to enable the successful development and commercialization of Beckman Coulter's diagnostic products. This includes, but is not limited to Supplier & Category Strategy, Strategic Supplier Identification & Evaluation, Alliance Management for Critical Partners, Complex Contract Negotiation & Management, Cross-Functional Partnership & Alignment, Risk Management & Mitigation, Cost Management & Value Engineering, Supplier Performance & Development, Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis and Compliance.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Sourcing (TPO) and is part of the Global Strategic Procurement Team and will be onsite in Munich.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Strategic Sourcing : Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for Third-Party Organization (TPO) suppliers, components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods supporting new product development, launch and throughout the product life cycle.
• Manage Critical TPO Alliances : Act as the primary strategic interface and Alliance Manager for designated Zone 1, Zone 2 & Zone 3 suppliers, fostering deep collaboration to drive innovation and ensure long-term value.
• Negotiate Complex Commercial Agreements : Lead and execute advanced negotiations for TPO contracts, including pricing, intellectual property, quality, and supply agreements, to secure optimal commercial terms and mitigate risk.
• Drive Cross-Functional Partnership : Collaborate closely with R&D, Commercial, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to integrate supplier capabilities and ensure seamless NPI project execution and market readiness.
• Proactively Identify & Qualify NPI Suppliers : Identify, evaluate, and qualify new strategic TPO partners aligned with NPI project requirements and Beckman Coulter's future technology roadmaps.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing, with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Third-Party Organization (TPO) management, preferably within the medical device or diagnostics industry.
Complex Negotiation Expertise: Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex, high-value commercial and contractual negotiations (including IP, quality, and supply agreements).
Alliance Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and manage strategic supplier relationships, acting as an alliance manager for critical partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders (R&D, Commercial, Quality, Legal, Manufacturing) in a matrix environment.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 35-50% (domestic and international) to engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Motor Vehicle Record: Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
Physical/Environment: Primarily site office-based, with visits to manufacturing sites, laboratories, or cleanroom environments that may require specific personal protective equipment (PPE).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Global Sourcing : Managing supplier relationships across multiple international regions.
• Advanced Degrees/Certifications : An MBA or professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management).
• Direct Commercial/P&L Exposure: Experience working closely with commercial teams or having direct P&L responsibility, understanding the broader business impact of sourcing decisions.

The Platform Product Manager (f/m/d) is responsible for Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
This position reports to the VP Automation Clinical IT Innovations, Product and Program Management and is part of the Product Management/Marketing Team.
The role is an ONSITE role and can either be based in Munich (Germany) or in Chaska (USA).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Define and maintain a platform product strategy and multigenerational roadmap aligned with the needs of the service organization and all instrument product lines.
- Translate user-centric service and product requirements into reusable platform capabilities such as IoT-based instrument connectivity, authentication, data management, predictive maintenance, analytics, and GenAI-powered workflows.
- Collaborate across a highly matrixed organization, aligning cross-functional stakeholders from Product Management, Service, R&D, Regulatory, and Software Engineering.
- Gather, prioritize, and evangelize customer use cases for the digital platform that enhance instrument reliability, service efficiency, and user experience.
- Manage product lifecycle activities for digital platform components, including release planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional feature delivery.
- Lead discovery and validation efforts with service teams and product lines to understand unmet needs and emerging opportunities for the digital software platform and serve as the voice of the customer (internal and external) for the digital platform, driving alignment and transparency across engineering and commercial teams.
- Leverage agile methodologies to drive fast-paced, iterative development in compliance with regulatory standards and quality processes and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and platform adoption metrics to measure business impact and inform continuous improvement.
The essential requirements of the job include
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, with 8+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for software platforms, enterprise software, or digital solutions in a large matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and translate complex user needs into clear, actionable roadmaps and platform features.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in regulated environments—such as medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare software.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Ability to balance short-term delivery pressures with long-term strategic goals in a fast-moving and mission-critical environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Demonstrated track record of successfully applying technologies to develop creative and efficient solutions, especially in the context of IoT integration and smart instrument connectivity.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in regulated environments—such as medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare software.
- Strong understanding of platform thinking and product lifecycle management for enabling cross-functional software development at scale.
