**Qualifications:**

The Role

JOB TITLE: Account Manager

BASE LOCATION: Bellshill (hybrid)

SALARY: Circa £45K Depending on skills and experience + Commission

WORKING PATTERN: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)

ROLE PURPOSE:

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service, and driving growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Acting as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, you will understand their business priorities, identify opportunities to add value, and position Kick as a trusted long-term partner for their IT strategy. This role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to customer success.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem, exceptional communication skills and an ability to build close relationships, influence stakeholders and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients within the Technical Services & Infrastructure division.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, technology landscape, and strategic goals to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Act as the trusted advisor and first point of contact for client queries, issues, and escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with technical consultants, solution architects, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and projects.
  • Proactively identify and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Kick ICT’s portfolio, including cloud services, networking, cyber security, and managed support.
  • Build account development plans and deliver regular review meetings with clients to measure performance and identify future requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity, opportunities, and forecasting within CRM systems.

What will you do?

  • Make outbound to our current customers to present them solutions for their business to ensure they will generate significantly more revenue with TheFork month over month

  • Support, mainly through email and phone, our Restaurants customers and help them with their positioning strategy, revenue management and online marketing

  • Selling, upselling and retaining products and customers

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

  • Ensure the support and training to use our tools

Your KPIs will include (but will not be limited to) and are subject to change based on business needs:

  • Products sold and maintained across your portfolio

  • Leverage the usage of TheFork tools so restaurants are more engaged with customers and bookings

  • Number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festivals

Which should be your main competences:

Who are you:

  • Experience in pitching and selling promotions/deals/flash sales

  • Experience in dealing with a high number (45-50) of outbound and inbound calls and portfolios with numerous accounts (from 400 to 800)

Plus requirements:

  • Experience as sales representative or account manager

  • Experience with a restaurant is a preferred.

  • Experience in e-commerce is preferred.

  • Native Portuguese and fluent English is a must

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Account Manager to sell advertising space across Euroweekly News’ print and digital platforms. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, securing new advertisers, and growing revenue streams in line with company objectives.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in Spain and international markets
  • Sell advertising space across print, digital, and sponsored content packages
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and agencies
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with editorial and production teams to deliver client campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide weekly sales reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (media, advertising, or digital preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgabe

Als Mitglied unseres Sales Support Teams betreust Du unsere Kunden aus Marktforschungsinstituten, Marketing- und Mediaagenturen, Unternehmensberatungen sowie Herstellern. Die Projekte erfordern von Dir die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell in komplexe Sachverhalte und verschiedene Branchen einzuarbeiten. Dabei verfolgst Du das Ziel, nach der Einarbeitung selbständig und zielgerichtet die Anfragen unserer Kunden zu bearbeiten und die Kundenkommunikation zu führen sowie zu den Fragestellungen unserer Klienten kompetent Stellung nehmen können. Da Du als Account Manager typischerweise verschiedene Kunden gleichzeitig betreust, benötigst Du ein effizientes Zeitmanagement, eine klare Zielorientierung und die Fähigkeit, schnell zwischen verschiedenen Aufgaben zu wechseln.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist Absolvent oder angehender Absolvent der Wirtschafts-, Geistes- oder Sozialwissenschaften.
  • Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im operativen oder kommerziellen Bereich (z.B. durch Praktika, Nebenjobs, etc.).
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (Sprachniveau C2).
  • Du bist leistungsstark, serviceorientiert und an kommerziellem Erfolg interessiert.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative aus und besitzt Durchsetzungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und am Umgang mit anderen Leuten.
