- Anforderungsmanagement: Analyse, Validierung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern, Erstellung und Pflege von Anforderungsdokumenten und Abhängigkeitsplänen.

Location: This is a hybrid position based out of Bucharest, Romania , requiring 3 days a week in the office.
The Deployment Engineer is a full-time, highly technical, and hands-on role dedicated to rapidly deploying the platform for our customers. - Plan and execute the onsite and/or remote deployment of collectors at various client locations.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best placement and setup for collection devices.
Configuration and Integration:
- Ensure customer deployments and configurations align with business use cases as defined by the Success team and drive platform adoption and implementation plans.
- Conduct system assessments and compatibility checks to ensure successful integration with existing client infrastructures.

Support and Documentation:

Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-time Deployment Engineer highly preferred, or as a Professional Services Engineer, Consultant, or IT/Operations Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in a combination of the following: designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and coordinating Unified Communications products, devices, solutions, and technologies for small, medium, large, and/or enterprise businesses.
- 3+ years of experience working in Security/IT/Healthcare/ICT/Commercial sectors.
- Experience analyzing, using, and configuring medium to enterprise networks.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity/Experience in Cyber Security (i.e., Endpoint, SOAR, SIEM).
