About the Role
We are looking for a
Content & Production Support Intern
to join our team and help us bring matchdays and digital content to life. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Content & Production team from planning and logistics to content creation and live coverage. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports media production, storytelling, and social media content in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Content & Production team in preparing and organizing matchdays (logistics, coordination, talent briefings, equipment.)
- Assist in the production of video content: shooting, behind-the-scenes, interviews, stories, reels…
- Contribute to the editing content for social media and live broadcasting
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to deliver engaging, real-time content
- Monitor content performance (views, engagement) and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Bring creative ideas for new formats and digital activations
- Student in communication, audiovisual production, journalism, digital marketing, or a related field
- Initial experience in content creation (personal projects or internships)
- Proficiency with basic creative tools: Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects.
- Solid understanding of digital formats: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Organized, fast-paced, creative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Fluent in German (main working language), with a good command of English
- Passionate about sports, entertainment, social media, and internet culture

The SIX Media Production delivers high-quality media content, including videos and podcasts, and additionally offers support with publishing and graphic checks to enrich SAP learning, marketing, and internal SIX initiatives.
**THE ROLE**
**Expectations and tasks**
As a member of the SIX Media Production team your mission will be to support the team with the operation of daily office functions and duties, such as project planning, course administration, including administrative support to several project managers within the available working time.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Manager to own the end-to-end content publishing pipeline and performance across Unicorn Bakery podcast and social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of editorial instinct, digital strategy, and platform fluency - and isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats.
You will be responsible for overseeing content quality, coordinating with post-production, managing the release calendar, and repurposing high-performing assets across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. You’ll oversee the publishing pipeline across platforms, manage cross-functional coordination, and support the brand's growing personal presence by crafting content that feels smart, authentic, and built to perform.

- Perform final QA on long- and short-form content before release

75-80% of your role - Agenda Building and Speaker Recruitment
- Conduct market research to keep up to date on industry hot topics and trends
- Develop a contact list of potential speakers appropriate for the conference program
- Develop a coherent, commercially-driven agenda outline that addresses industry challenges, new technologies, attendee investment areas, and other relevant topics
- Creatively reaching out to industry leaders (CEOs, Presidents, VPs, SVPs, etc) through cold-calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging etc. inviting them to attend as a speaker
- Responsible for supporting the delegate and sponsorship sales campaigns
- Responsible for agenda content and copy edits
- Maintaining speaker recruitment targets and weekly deadlines
20-25% of your role - Onsite Execution and Speaker Liaison
- Greet speakers upon arrival with utmost professionalism
- Conduct speaker venue and presentation room walk-throughs
- Liaising with AV service provider on audio and visual staging requirements and communicating this to speakers
- Creatively problem-solving any speaker related obstacles onsite
- Conducting post-presentation interviews with speakers for content pieces
