The Cash Collection Central Services Team is part of the Global Cash Collections Organization which is responsible for the entire account receivables process from when the invoice is delivered to SAP customers to when the actual payment is received. It includes processes like non-payment, dispute management, dunning procedure, customer qualification & blocking, customer specific reserves and special reporting packages. + Support the procurement team through data mining and report generation
+ Create dashboards using Power BI to visualize data effectively
+ Track team performance and KPIs to support management and ensure smooth operations
+ Respond to data requests and analysis needs from across the team
+ Identify and evaluate innovations in supply chain tools and technologies, including artificial intelligence, to support strategic transformation
+ Analyze data and innovation trends to suggest process improvements

**Your Profile**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Master's degree is a plus
+ At least 5 years' experience in data analytics, BI, or innovation-focused roles
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized maritime procurement softwares
+ Expertise in data analytics tools and techniques, including Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and machine learning applications
+ Strong technical and analytical mindset with proven problem-solving ability
+ Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and marine maintenance systems (e.g., Infoship, AMOS)
+ Confident communicator with ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams
+ Result-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with project management and prioritization skills
+ Fluent in English (English is our company's official language)
