Ihre Aufgaben:
- Bereitstellung von technischem First- und Second-Level-Support für Cloud-basierte Anwendungen und Infrastrukturen.
- Diagnose und Behebung komplexer technischer Probleme, die von Kunden gemeldet werden.
- Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen, Wissensdatenbankartikeln und Lösungsleitfäden.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs- und Betriebsteams zur Eskalation und Lösung von Fehlern.
- Überwachung von Systemen und Anwendungen auf potenzielle Probleme und proaktive Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Ausfällen.
- Beratung von Kunden zur optimalen Nutzung der Cloud-Services und zur Verbesserung ihrer Infrastruktur.
- Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen für wiederkehrende Probleme.
- Mentoring und Schulung neuer Support-Mitarbeiter.
- Mitgestaltung von Support-Prozessen und -Tools zur Steigerung der Effizienz.
- Gewährleistung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch schnelle und kompetente Problemlösung.
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Support, idealerweise im Cloud-Umfeld.
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Cloud-Computing-Konzepten (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) und relevanten Technologien.
- Erfahrung mit mindestens einer großen Cloud-Plattform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Starke Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerkprotokolle, Betriebssysteme (Linux/Windows) und Datenbanken.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine systematische Vorgehensweise bei der Problemlösung.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
- Fähigkeit, unter Druck ruhig und professionell zu agieren.
- Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Ticketing-Systemen (z.B. Jira, ServiceNow) und Fernwartungstools.

Key job responsibilities
First and foremost this is a customer support role - in The Cloud.
On a typical day, a Support Engineer will be primarily responsible for solving customer's cases through a variety of customer contact channels which include telephone, email, and web/live chat. You will apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for our customers and drive customer interactions by thoughtfully working with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue.
Apart from working on a broad spectrum of technical issues, an AWS Support Engineer may also coach/mentor new hires, develop & present training, partner with development teams on complex issues or contact deflection initiatives, participate in new hiring, write tools/script to help the team, or work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives to ensure better customer experience and compliance with global AWS standards, practices and policies.
This role requires the flexibility to work 5 days a week (occasionally on weekends) on a rotational basis.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Diagnose, Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme, die von Kunden über verschiedene Kanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Chat) gemeldet werden. Sie bieten proaktiven und reaktiven Support für unsere Cloud-Infrastruktur, Anwendungen und Dienste. Dies beinhaltet die Fehlerbehebung in komplexen Umgebungen, die Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen und die Erarbeitung von Workarounds oder dauerhaften Lösungen. Sie dokumentieren technische Lösungen und erstellen Wissensdatenbankartikel, um die Selbsthilfe der Kunden zu fördern und die Effizienz des Teams zu steigern. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs-, Betriebs- und Produktmanagementteams ist entscheidend, um technische Probleme zu lösen und die Produktqualität kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Sie sind auch an der Schulung von Junior-Support-Ingenieuren beteiligt.
Wir suchen Kandidaten mit einem Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich, oder mit vergleichbarer praktischer Erfahrung. Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Support, idealerweise im Bereich Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) oder SaaS, sind unerlässlich. Tiefe Kenntnisse von Netzwerkprotokollen, Betriebssystemen (Linux/Windows Server) und Virtualisierungstechnologien sind erforderlich. Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen (z. B. Python, Bash) und Containerisierung (Docker, Kubernetes) ist von Vorteil. Hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, eine hohe Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck ruhig und professionell zu agieren, sind essenziell. Da es sich um eine vollständig remote Position handelt, sind exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Selbstorganisation und die Fähigkeit, unabhängig und proaktiv zu arbeiten, unerlässlich. Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss; Kenntnisse weiterer Sprachen sind von Vorteil. Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Bereitstellung von technischen Supportleistungen auf höchstem Niveau für unsere Cloud-Infrastruktur und -Dienste.
- Diagnose und Behebung komplexer technischer Probleme, einschließlich Performance-Engpässen, Konfigurationsfehlern und Integrationsschwierigkeiten.
- Dokumentation von Problemlösungen und Erstellung von Wissensdatenbankartikeln und Anleitungen.
- Analyse von Systemprotokollen und Metriken zur Identifizierung von Ursachen für Probleme.
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und über unser Support-Portal, um ihre technischen Herausforderungen zu verstehen und zu lösen.
- Eskalation von technischen Problemen an interne Engineering-Teams und enge Zusammenarbeit bei der Lösungsfindung.
- Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung von Support-Prozessen und -Werkzeugen.
- Schulung von Kunden und internen Teams zu technischen Aspekten unserer Produkte.
- Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Cloud-Services durch Feedback an die Produktentwicklung.
- Gewährleistung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit durch schnelle und effektive Problemlösung.
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Master) in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten technischen Fachgebiet, oder gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Support, idealerweise im Cloud Computing Umfeld (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in Cloud-Architekturen, virtualisierten Umgebungen und verteilten Systemen.
- Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Betriebssystemen (Linux, Windows Server) und Netzwerkprotokollen.
- Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Skriptsprache (z.B. Python, Bash) sind von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine systematische Herangehensweise an die Problemlösung.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
- Fähigkeit, proaktiv zu arbeiten, Prioritäten zu setzen und unter Druck ruhig zu bleiben.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich.
- Erfahrung mit Ticketing-Systemen (z.B. Jira Service Desk, Zendesk).
