Purpose Of The Position
Amsterdam (The Netherlands) – We are seeking an enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern to support our MMD Creative Department. As part of our in-house design team, you will be working both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects related to our wide portfolio of monitors and IT accessories. You’ll be part of a multicultural marketing team.
TasksResponsibilities
- Adapt the design/layout for print publications, web use and materials for company events
- Create images for marketing kits – Web Banners, Print Ads, Rollups
- Templates and documents for internal communication
- Cropping, resizing and reformatting variety of online and offline visual assets
- Creating visuals for gaming booths at events
- Assure the on-time delivery of assets
- Creation of website visuals, press release visuals, and video storyboards
- Bachelor student with a graphic design background
- Be enrolled as a student at a European University
- Being able to work with a Mac
- Must be proficient in Adobe programs like InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Your main tasks will include the use of common programs from the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop and Illustrator. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Time management skills, self-organization, and ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Our Marketing Team is seeking reinforcement for our Design Team. Together with your team, you will work on exciting projects, help create new designs, and assist with production for campaigns.
A variety of tasks await you:
- Assist in creating visual assets, banners, and graphics for the website and online shop.
- Design and adapt creatives for paid ads (social media, display, search, etc.) that align with campaign objectives.
- Create engaging visuals and layouts for newsletters and automated email campaigns.
- Support with design materials for events, trade fairs, and promotional activities (e.g., posters, flyers, presentations).
- Assist in developing creative concepts for seasonal or thematic campaigns.
- Collaborate with the photo and video production teams to create content for social media, product launches, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to test and refine visuals for better conversion.
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the internship
- You have excellent English communication skills
- You are proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (experience with Figma is a plus)
- You have a strong sense of aesthetics and a structured, reliable working style
- You are eager to learn new software and enjoy exploring design tools
- You can develop ideas independently and confidently present your design decisions within given guidelines
- You have strong time management skills and can work independently while handling multiple interdisciplinary tasks at once
