**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

+ Experience in TCP/IP and networking concepts (PXE boot, Subnets, VLANs, Jumbo Frames, LACP, NIC Teaming, Unicast/Broadcast/Multicast, ACLs, DNS, DHCP, SSH, etc.) and in one or more areas of infrastructure: Linux, Kubernetes, Networking, Storage, etc.
+ Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 2 security clearance (SÜ2) under the German Classification Act (SÜG).
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience as a Customer Solution Engineer.
+ Experience in scripting (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.) to help with automation of routine tasks.

As a Systems Development Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying Google Distributed Cloud Hosted (GDCH) solutions at customer sites as well as internal reference deployments. Deine Aufgaben:
  • Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Design maßgeschneiderter Cloud-Architekturen mit Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Verantwortlich für das Design, die Entwicklung und die Implementierung sicherer und skalierbarer GCP-Lösungen
  • Beratung der Kunden bei der Transformation ihrer IT-Infrastruktur in die Google Cloud und Unterstützung bei der Migration
  • Unterstützung bei Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten durch Bereitstellung von technischem Know-how und Umsetzungskompetenz im Bereich GCP
Was Du mitbringst:
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Cloud-Lösungen, idealerweise mit Google Cloud Platform
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Google Cloud-Dienste wie Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, und Anthos
  • Erfahrung mit Infrastrukturautomatisierung und -management (z.B. Terraform, Ansible)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Implementierung von CI/CD-Pipelines und DevOps-Prinzipien
  • Zertifizierungen wie "Google Professional Cloud Architect" sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
