Deine Aufgaben
Mit Deinem technischen Support hältst Du unseren Mitarbeiter*innen den Rücken frei: Du bearbeitest Anliegen, Störungen und Supportanfragen unserer Enduser zu ihrer Hardware, bist auch on-site zur Stelle und kennst Dich mit Spezialhardware, wie Handscannern, Blindentastaturen, Signopad etc., bestens aus.
Und falls das Problem mal größer ist, leitest Du die Supportanfrage gezielt an andere zuständige IT-Fachteams weiter und sorgst so dafür, dass unsere Bearbeitungsdauern und -quoten tipptopp sind.
Auch bei technischen On-, Off- und Reboardings können Deine Kolleg*innen auf Dich zählen: Du gewährleistest Hardwarefunktionalität inklusive bankspezifischer Applikationen, prüfst und beantragst die notwendigen Voraussetzungen rund um Berechtigungen und Zugänge.

Dein Profil
Fachspezifische Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatik) / Qualifikation oder idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft o. Ä.
Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle

Probleme mit Hardware? Dank Dir bald Vergangenheit. Wo eine direkte Lösung nicht möglich ist, leitest Du die Anfrage gezielt an das zuständige Fachteam weiter und unterstützt so aktiv die Einhaltung unserer Support-Standards und Reaktionszeiten.
Du bist erfahren in der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern und behältst dabei den Überblick: Zuverlässig sorgst Du dafür, dass vereinbarte Service Levels (SLAs) eingehalten werden, prüfst regelmäßig die Qualität der Leistungen und greifst überlegt ein, wenn etwas nicht rundläuft - immer mit dem Ziel, gemeinsam noch besser zu werden.

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be remote-based in Italy or in Germany.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will be in an international environment, and you will provide second level support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms . You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction, retention rate. You will apply critical thinking to resolve appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation, train our customers and our Service Engineers, also support our Applications Team and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems in order to supply to our overall commercial organization.
You will operate independently basically in Italian/ Germany territory and in Europe when needed (with overnight required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining Automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Of course, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor and receive experienced technical support.

The essential requirements of the job include:- Biomedical engineer or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market

- Ability to travel and provide service in whole country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel. A current valid driver’s license is required.

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be remote-based in Italy or in Germany.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will be in an international environment, and you will provide second level support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms . You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction, retention rate. You will apply critical thinking to resolve appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation, train our customers and our Service Engineers, also support our Applications Team and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems in order to supply to our overall commercial organization.
You will operate independently basically in Italian/ Germany territory and in Europe when needed (with overnight required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining Automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Of course, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor and receive experienced technical support.

The essential requirements of the job include:- Biomedical engineer or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market
