Aufgaben- Sicherstellen der einwandfreien Funktion von Feldgeräten (z. B. Smart Meter) und Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden
- Analyse von Fehlerursachen (Konfiguration, Firmware, Umsysteme) und Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen – von Updates bis zum Gerätetausch
- Durchführung von Firmware-Updates und Konfigurationen im Rahmen von Rollouts
- Unterstützung im After-Sales-Prozess: Ticketbearbeitung, Koordination mit Dienstleistern sowie Dokumentation in CRM/SAP
- Durchführung von technischen Schulungen für Kunden und internen Teams
- Mitarbeit an Optimierungen entlang des Produktlebenszyklus und an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kundenprojekten, Serviceeinsätzen und Events
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, HF/FH) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.
- Erfahrung in Inbetriebnahme und Betreuung technischer Geräte sowie in Fehlerdiagnose (Logs, Performancekennzahlen)
- Kenntnisse in Kommunikationstechnologien (LTE, GPRS, PLC, IPv4/v6) und Zähler-/IoT-Protokollen (z. B. DLMS, SML, COSEM)
- Erfahrung mit Support Tools (ServiceNow, SAP, Remote Device Management etc.)
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Freude an komplexen technischen Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben
Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Anfragen, bei Störungen und Supportfällen rund um unsere Enduser-Hardware und sorgst dafür, dass kleine und größere IT-Probleme schnell geregelt werden, vom Notebook bis zum Firmen-Smartphone, von Spezialgeräten wie Handscanner oder Signopad bis hin zum USB-Drucker.
Dein Ziel: Supportanfragen so weit wie möglich selbst zu lösen - schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig.
Und falls Du nicht direkt weiterhelfen kannst, leitest Du das Ticket gezielt an das richtige IT-Fachteam weiter. So stellst Du sicher, dass Anfragen nicht liegenbleiben und Bearbeitungszeiten eingehalten werden.
Wenn externe Dienstleister eingebunden sind, übernimmst Du kompetent die Kommunikation, steuerst und begleitest ihre Tätigkeiten.
Beim On- und Reboarding bist Du dafür verantwortlich, dass neue Kolleg*innen schnell loslegen können: mit eingerichteter Hardware, Software, freigeschalteten Zugängen, Berechtigungen und bankspezifischen Applikationen.
Und auch wenn jemand das Unternehmen verlässt, kümmerst Du Dich darum, dass die Geräte ordentlich bereinigt und für die Aufbereitung an das zuständige Team übergeben werden.

Nicht zuletzt aktualisierst Du Leitfäden, Anleitungen und Prozessdokumentationen (z. B. für die Einrichtung von Smartphones oder spezieller Hardware).
Dein Profil
Fachspezifische Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatik) / Qualifikation oder idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft o. Ä.
Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen (Client), UNIX- / Linux-Umgebungen, Standardsoftware, ITIL und mehreren Skriptsprachen

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be remote-based in Italy or in Germany.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will be in an international environment, and you will provide second level support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms. You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction, retention rate. You will apply critical thinking to resolve appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation, train our customers and our Service Engineers, also support our Applications Team and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems in order to supply to our overall commercial organization.
You will operate independently basically in Italian/ Germany territory and in Europe when needed (with overnight required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining Automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Of course, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor and receive experienced technical support.

The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Biomedical engineer or equivalent.
+ At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market

+ Ability to travel and provide service in whole country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel. A current valid driver's license is required.

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be remote-based in Italy or in Germany.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will be in an international environment, and you will provide second level support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms. You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction, retention rate. You will apply critical thinking to resolve appropriate action to rapidly repair instrumentation, train our customers and our Service Engineers, also support our Applications Team and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems in order to supply to our overall commercial organization.
You will operate independently basically in Italian/ Germany territory and in Europe when needed (with overnight required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining Automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Of course, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor and receive experienced technical support.

The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Biomedical engineer or equivalent.
+ At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market
+ Early careers are welcome but with troubleshooting experience, gained during Thesis or Internships
+ Proficient English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
+ Ability to travel and provide service in whole country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel. A current valid driver's license is required.
It would be a plus if you are:
+ Willing to work different shifts/flexible hours as business needs.
+ Analytical mindset, able to analyze data, identify problem and find effective solutions.

As a leading bank from Taiwan in international banking, First Commercial Bank, Ltd. has a presence in more than 11 countries with more than 30 overseas branches across the world. To expand our global banking services, our Frankfurt Branch in Germany has started its operation in 2023. To build up a firm operation and develop a prosperous business we are looking for a qualified IT Technical Support Officer for IT Department to join our team.
Task :
Support IT Manager in relation to Branch’s IT function with following main tasks:
- Resolve or coordinate the resolution of all IT Infrastructure, including hardware, software and network components
- Administration of IT users’ accessibility and support all technical related within the Branch to the staff
- Coordination of IT technical support tasks and communicate with IT Department at FCB Head Office in improving/ enhancing existing banking system to suit branch’s needs and operations
- Support and maintain Branch’s hardware and software related matters
- Structured documentation of the work, conceptual work in all IT and technical matters
- Provide full support in relation to Branch’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery Plan; and act as Branch’s off-site service main contact in coordination with relevant department Head.
Profile Requirement:
- Degree in computer science or a comparable training (Ausbildung) or engineering relevant field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the ICT or “internal” technical support related area
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating system and Windows Server families, and common Hardware applications
- Knowledge of BAIT and DORA requirements
- Support in regulatory and compliance audits related to information and communication technology
- Solution-oriented thinking, independent and responsible working attitude
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluency in German, English and Mandarin
