IT-Expert/ IT-Koordinator/IT-Administrator (w/m/d)
Ihr Beitrag im Team:
- Administration und Wartung insb. im Bereich ERP-Systeme, HP-Hardware, MS-Server, Netzwerke, Firewalls und Peripheriegeräte
- Administration von Microsoft SQL Servern sowie virtuellen Umgebungen auf Basis von VMware
- Verantwortung für die Datensicherung und -wiederherstellung mittels Veeam
- Monitoring, Analyse und Fehlerbehebung von EDI-Prozessen im EDIFACT-Format
- Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung über Active Directory und Microsoft Office 365
- Datenauswertungen bzw. Erstellung von Auswertungen für das Management
- 1st und 2nd Level Support
- Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur und Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse
Ihre Jobzutaten:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bzw. Studienabschluss im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich EDI im EDIFACT Format, Administration und Netzwerkmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Betriebssystemen, Netzwerkprotokollen und Softwareanwendungen
- Geduld und Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit Benutzern
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz

- Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Qualitätsberichte
- Aktive Mitarbeit an der Optimierung unserer Managed-Services-Standards und internen Prozesse.
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder vergleichbar).
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support, als Systemadministrator oder Systemingenieur – idealerweise im IT-Dienstleistungsumfeld.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
- Microsoft 365 / Azure / Active Directory / Exchange

Key job responsibilities
Deliver on-site, high quality, hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues successfully, evaluating log files to determine the health of systems, software and hardware
Provide on-call support for high severity incidents and act as an escalation point of contact for team
Assist with activities to triage and escalate system or network outages to reduce downtime
Understand and execute change management activities in a high availability environment
Participate with partner teams and vendors on continuous improvement projects, defining requirements and managing execution to deliver operational excellence and value
Effectively manage and oversee IT asset inventories
Participate in hiring efforts, training and developing peers and new team members as a mentor, seeking and leveraging diverse perspectives in all activities
Continuously expand skills, learning the latest technologies and maintaining knowledge of IT policies to provide technically accurate solutions

Die Abteilung "International, Mission & Training" (IM&T) steht als Wissensträger nah an der Bundeswehr und unterstützt Übungen und Einsätze auf taktischer und operativer Ebene. - Betrieb der Logistik für das IM&T-Lager sowie Kommissionierung und Versand
- Sicherstellung der Einsatzfähigkeit des gelagerten IT-Materials samt allen erforderlichen Hardware-Wartungen, Updates und DGUV V3-Prüfungen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorkonfiguration sowie dem Einbau von Komponenten und komplexen Verkabelungen nach Vorgabe unter Beachtung der Einbauvorschriften
- Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßiger Austausch mit anderen BWI-Logistikbereichen und Dienstleistern
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten, z.B. in SAP
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Logistik- oder IT-Umfeld
