Solar Complete is a renewable energy consulting and coaching firm based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, specializing in solar energy solutions. We work with solar engineers & professionals, and organizations to provide 1-1 online coaching in PVSyst Software whihc is widely used in solar industry for soalr design simulation work. Our mission is to empower engineers with PVSyst software so that they get career growth in terms of solar design simulation skills, design projects & job profiles, promotions & salary hike.

About This Role:

This is a 2-months Training program designed exclusively for solar engineers to gain hands-on experience with PVSyst software , the industry-standard tool for solar PV system design and performance analysis. The program offers one-to-one online coaching/mentoring , project practice files, video study material, flexible timing, and a certificate on successful completion. Laptop/PC is mandatory for participation.

The EU Technical Training and Support Specialist is responsible for training and educating our customers on assigned aftermarket products predominately (but not limited to) Western and Central Europe, as well as serving as technical hotline support. **General Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with new and existing customers, distributors, and internal personnel
+ Provide, via phone and/or e-mail, all aspects of technical support for assigned products
+ Organize the Field Sales team in all custom development projects when necessary
+ Collaborate with the customer and the sales manager / engineering, distributing technical information when available to all relevant parties, or other activities as needed
+ Organize marketing and engineering in maintaining and improving all technical documentation, both print and digital, and provide feedback whenever possible as to potential improvements in either
+ Key participant the overall products return process for all technical related returns from assigned products in the designated region
+ Organize all regional prospecting activities for assigned products with regards to identifying account potential based on technical reviews of website information, products brochures, etc., as needed
+ Maintain a comprehensive record within company database of all technical calls received

  • Support the planning and organization of technical training programs and workshops.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues (if applicable), and preparing materials.
  • Assist in the development and updating of training content and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, reporting on progress to the project manager.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Help to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Gather feedback from participants and trainers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the project management office.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Fluency in German is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Interest in vocational training and professional development.

One of our clients will upgrade to SAP Hana and this role is to drive the EAM stream for one of their BA in Germany, where the starting point will be to set-up an organization within business and then do the requirements gathering, plan the scope to fit the overall timeline (both towards the other Business country units, and then to the full company plan for all our business areas) and set expectations. Coming up with the Blueprint and run the implementation.

Coordination of deliveries across multiple business units. Preferable with SAP knowledge, other a very good PM with IT implementation skills.

Relevant SAP Modules: Enterprise Asset Management including, PM, MM and WCM (Note: SAP configuration NOT part of the job role)

Requirements gathering

Language: German speaking

Willing to travel to Germany if not a German placed resource (not need frequently but at least a need to be there for some meetings)
