We’re on the lookout for someone who will recruit new partners, manage existing relationships, and lead the onboarding process. You'll leverage your expertise in affiliate networks, partner recruitment, and performance tracking to create and oversee successful campaigns. By nurturing affiliate relationships and optimizing commission structures, you'll drive engagement on a global level. Prior experience in an Affiliate Marketing company is a MUST.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing partners, while actively seeking new potential partners;
- Manage the onboarding process;
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans.
Key Requirements

AufgabenAs a Founders Associate , you’ll work directly with our founding team across all key areas - from strategy and business development to operations and growth. You’ll act as an entrepreneurial right hand, driving projects end-to-end and pushing forward initiatives that shape Finperks’ trajectory. This is a full-time role designed for ambitious individuals eager to take ownership and make a visible impact in a fast-moving fintech startup.
You will:
- Lead and execute cross-functional projects across product, go-to-market, and operations

TasksAs our GTM Automation & Growth Systems Engineer, you’ll design, build, and own the systems that power FinPerks’ commercial engine. If you love turning messy data into clean pipelines and repeatable growth this is your playground.
- own and automate workflows for lead generation, enrichment, outreach, and reporting — across apollo, clay, scrapingbee, and internal apis
- create and maintain a clean, structured growth database — the single source of truth for crm, outreach, and campaign data
- integrate and orchestrate apis (e.g. linkedin scraping via scrapingbee, enrichment via apify, and outbound via apollo or custom email workflows)
- set up data-driven dashboards (posthog, baserow, or python visualizations) for funnel tracking: lead → sql → won → revenue
- develop scripts and automations for recurring tasks (lead scoring, deduplication, segmentation, data enrichment)
- implement llm and seo discoverability infrastructure: maintain llms.txt, robots.txt, markdown parsing, and semantic content silos

Strong technical foundation! You can write and debug python scripts, connect apis, and build workflows in n8n or similar
- experience with automation and data ops (n8n, make, clay, baserow, airtable, etc.)
- understanding of b2b gtm funnels (lead gen, enrichment, outbound, nurturing, conversion)
- experience with data hygiene, enrichment, and crm structuring (pipedrive or custom stack)

We co-founded and led Viafintech (Barzahlen) to 100+ employees - one of Germany’s most successful fintechs, active in 17 markets across the EU and US, and sold in 2021 to the NYSE-listed Paysafe Group .
Now we’re building our next venture: finperks — a global platform for all prepaid products: gift cards (Apple, Amazon, Google), airtime, and eCash — all via one simple API.
Think of finperks as the “Stripe for Prepaid.” We started in summer 2025 and have already onboarded 700+ brands . The first client goes live by the end of the year.
The prepaid market is massive — €600bn today, growing to €1.8tn by 2028.

AufgabenAs a Founder Associate Intern, you'll work directly alongside the founding team and be involved in every aspect of building finperks:
- Market & Business Model Analysis: Research market trends, analyze competitors, and help identify new business opportunities in the FinTech space
- Strategic Projects: Support key strategic initiatives, from product development to go-to-market strategies and partnership discussions
- Operational Excellence: Help streamline processes and implement tools and automations that scale our operations efficiently
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Participate in customer conversations (N26, Trade Republic, Adidas, Apple, and many more), partner meetings, and help shape our value proposition based on real market feedback
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across product, tech, and business development to drive initiatives forward with real impact
- Drive & Ambition: You're motivated to go the extra mile and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments
- Analytical Mindset: You're proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex business models and market dynamics
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with AI tools and can implement small automations independently
- Communication Skills: Excellent German and English communication skills (German fluency is essential as we work closely with German-speaking customers and partners)
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You're excited about building something from scratch and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
