TasksAs our Business Development & Growth Intern, you’ll support key activities across our sales and go-to-market efforts:
- Research and identify potential customers and partners
- Support lead generation and outreach via email, LinkedIn, and events

- Fluent in German and English , with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Available for a full-time internship (ideally 3–6 months)

Basic Qualifications
- IT/Tech/Cloud sales experience in closing new business and carrying quota, proven track-record of consistent customer growth and quota achievement in IT sales
- Experience selling cloud solutions at a technology company, knowledge of core cloud computing concepts including compute, storage, database and higher order capabilities like microservices, analytics, server less and machine learning

Aufgaben- Mieterverwaltung
- Koordination und Abstimmung mit Handwerkern
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau des Immobilienbestands
- Durchführung von Recherchen und Analysen zu verschiedenen Immo-Themen
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Besichtigungen und Verhandlungen
- Du besitzt gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

- Du hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Immobilien sammeln können

For one of our portfolio companies, the SecureTech startup Novosafe, we are now looking for a Founding Engineer who is excited to shape the technical foundation from day one and take on a key long-term role in the company.

Novosafe is a security technology startup tackling one of the last large B2B/B2C markets still surprisingly underserved. We’re building a modern, SaaS-style solution in a space with:

TasksWe’re looking for a Founding Engineer who’s excited about shaping a company from the ground up—not just writing code, but defining the technical foundation of our product and business.
You will:
- Lead technical decision-making and choose our tech stack
- Design and build our backend infrastructure and APIs
- Create initial product interfaces to connect with diverse hardware (e.g., a Novosafe API that integrates multiple supplier APIs)
- Lead app-development inhouse or with external partners
- Lay the foundation for a scalable platform that can handle growth for years to come
- Work closely with the founders to define the product roadmap and align engineering with business strategy
- Potentially grow into the CTO role as the company scales
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has deep experience with backend systems , infrastructure, and API design
- Thrives in early-stage environments where speed and adaptability are key
- Enjoys solving complex technical challenges with an eye toward scalability and maintainability
- Is comfortable working in-person with the founding team in Berlin (not full-time remote)
- Wants to take ownership —both in equity and in decision-making
- Early equity in a venture-backed pre-seed startup with paying customers
- Direct path to a CTO position
- Founders and investors with proven track records in building and scaling companies
- A rare opportunity to build the tech and the company at the same time

Compensation: €50–60k salary + equity (pre-seed); substantial salary increase after next funding round (planned Q1/Q2 2026)
Location: Berlin, Germany (on-site preferred, with flexibility)
