Smart Impulse c'est l'histoire d’un projet de fin d'études qui se transforme en un projet entrepreneurial ambitieux et engagé !

C'est en 2011 que Charles et Henri , nos deux fondateurs, se lancent pour défi de révolutionner la gestion de l'Énergie dans les bâtiments.

Plus concrètement, nous concevons et développons des solutions de mesure électrique nouvelle génération simples à installer (moins d’une heure, sans outil et sans coupure) permettant, à partir d’un seul point de mesure et d’algorithmes brevetés (Non Intrusive Load Monitoring NILM), d’identifier la consommation de chaque type d’équipements dans un bâtiment (éclairage, chauffage, informatique, ventilation, etc).

L'analyse des données récoltées permet aux gestionnaires de bâtiments tertiaires d'identifier des leviers d'économie et ainsi maîtriser et optimiser la consommation d'énergie.

Aujourd’hui, nos solutions sont déployées dans +3000 bâtiments répartis dans 50 pays dans le monde.

LE CONTEXTE

Nous renforçons notre équipe R&D, dont la mission est de mettre au point la technologie de séparation de sources pour analyser la consommation électrique d’un bâtiment.

Le NILM, domaine au cœur de l’actualité énergétique, présente de nombreux challenges. Son principe est le même que le démixage audio pour lequel on cherche à isoler par exemple les percussions, les basses ou la partie chantée à partir d’une piste musicale.

Depuis plus de 12 ans, Smart Impulse a accumulé une base de données, unique dans le domaine, de consommations électriques échantillonnées à très haute fréquence. Ceci offre un challenge scientifique exceptionnel pour développer des méthodes d’apprentissage supervisé (ou nonsupervisé) appliquées à la séparation de sources électriques. Après avoir développé avec succès une première génération d’un modèle de Deep Learning, nous souhaitons améliorer les modèles et industrialiser la technologie.

VOS MISSIONS

Au sein d’une équipe dédiée au Deep Learning et rattaché.e à Arnaud, Head of R&D, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

● Développer les nouvelles versions des algorithmes de séparation de sources,

● Améliorer notre pipeline de validation et vérification des modèles,

● Participer à la stratégie de récupération, labellisation et validation des bases de données,

● Participer à la mise en opération des nouveaux algorithmes,

● Participer à la partie software engineering (Gitlab, CI, MR, code reviews),

● Participer à la dynamique d’équipe,

● Contribuer à la vision technologique de Smart Impulse pour la partie algorithmes de séparation de source,

● Participer à la production scientifique de l’équipe R&D (documentation, formations des utilisateurs, veille, rapports de recherche).

L’IMPULSEUR(SEUSE) QU’IL NOUS FAUT

Formation & Expérience :

● Vous êtes titulaire d’un PhD dans un domaine du Deep Learning et du Traitement de Signal,

● Vous avez de l’expérience sur un ou plusieurs projets mettant en œuvre des outils de Deep Learning.

Compétences techniques :

● Deep Learning : modèle pour séries temporelles (LSTM, Transformers, State-Space Models),

● Stack python scientifique (numpy, pandas, scipy) + Deep Learning (PyTorch),

● Mathématiques : traitement du signal, optimisation, machine learning, statistiques,

● A l’aise dans un environnement linux / réseau / cloud, Github/Gitlab,

● Compétences en visualisation de données, communication écrite et orale,

● Anglais professionnel à l’écrit comme à l’oral

Les plus : séparation de sources, Non Intrusive Load Monitoring.

Savoir-être :
