**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the technical subject matter expert for GE Aerospace's SaaS solutions, providing in-depth knowledge of product features, architecture, and integration capabilities.
+ Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, challenges, and goals, translating them into tailored SaaS solutions.
+ Develop and present technical solutions that align with customer needs, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
+ Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of GE Aerospace's SaaS offerings.
+ Lead PoC initiatives, guiding customers through the evaluation process and ensuring successful implementation of trial solutions.

+ Ensure all proposed solutions adhere to GE Aerospace's SQDC priorities, with safety as the top priority.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Aerospace or other relevant field.
+ Proven experience in a flight, technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based business.
**Skills:**
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to travel up to 40% of time to visit customers

Technical Sales Support
This is a remote role based in Shenzhen, China
Tasks- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and implement business development initiatives for domestic and overseas audio brands
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners (SoC, ODM, IDH) to provide tailored solutions and ensure positive experiences
- Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitors
- Provide technical support and expertise during the sales and business development process, including product demonstrations, reports, technical presentations, and training sessions
- Travel within Guangdong province (including Zhuhai, Dongguan, Shenzhen, etc.) and occasionally to other locations nationally and internationally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Manage ODM and IDH data in CRM systems, develop and maintain ODM partnerships, and act as a liaison between Western brand customers and Eastern supply chain partners
- 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, project management or international sales
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is required; a background with ODMs or IDHs is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems, hardware / software technologies or manufacturing processes in the audio or consumer electronics domain
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English

+ Analyze tickets and inquiries to uncover recurring issues, knowledge gaps, or system improvement opportunities.
+ Highlight missing or inaccurate data points in commercial tools, presenting findings to partners in a constructive manner.
**Take ownership for commercial processes within systems:**
+ Create and update material on managing internal processes of BAU system management.
+ Give input for process reviews and improvements based on day-to-day opportunities identified in the role.
+ Collaborate with the Product Owner to feed into the enhancement requirements for tools and processes based on insights from day-to-day tickets and operations from commercial teams.
+ Support with the creation and maintenance of a knowledge repository for efficient resolution of common queries.
The end outcome of this is to ensure efficient commercial operations growing the time spent of the sales team with customers and valuable activities by minimizing the time sales teams spend on tool-related challenges. This includes delivering clear, actionable insights into system performance to drive continuous improvements, enhancing training programs to address recurring knowledge gaps and improve system adoption.
