Aufgaben

• Identifikation und Analyse von Dritt-Tools, deren Ergebnisse in LLM-Anwendungen eingebunden werden sollen
• Konzeption und Umsetzung robuster Schnittstellen und Pipelines zur Übergabe dieser Informationen an LLM-Systeme
• Gestaltung von LLM-augmented Interfaces, bei denen Nutzende gezielt geführt statt gepromptet werden
• Extraktion strukturierter Daten aus unstrukturiertem Text, z. B. mithilfe von LLM-gestützter Nachverarbeitung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Backend-, ML- und Produktteams, um vollständige End-to-End-Flows zu schaffen
• Evaluation der Antwortqualität anhand klar definierter Benchmarks, Nutzerfeedback und Usage-Logging

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium im Bereich Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, Maschinenbau oder eine alternative Ausbildung
• Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Python und der Entwicklung neuer Machine Learning Modelle

Als Solution Architect AI gestaltest du tragfähige Architekturkonzepte und bringst modernste KI-Technologien in die Praxis. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Use Cases mit Large Language Models, RAG-Systemen, NLP und klassischen ML-Ansätzen. Dabei kombinierst du Technologieexpertise (Cloud, API-Design, MLOps) mit Kommunikationsstärke: Du übersetzt komplexe technische Konzepte für unterschiedliche Stakeholder — vom Entwicklungsteam bis zum Management. So stellst du sicher, dass Innovationen echten Mehrwert schaffen, im privaten wie auch im öffentlichen Sektor. Aufgaben

• Du identifizierst KI-Anwendungsfälle in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden. Dies erfolgt mit dem Ziel, KI-Lösungen mit Mehrwert zu konzipieren und diese mit hoher Qualität zu implementieren.
• Technologieauswahl sowie Design und Implementierung von Software-Architekturen gehören zu deinen Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten im Projekt.
• Fachliche Führung des Projektteams und Sicherstellung der Qualität der Lösung.
• Du analysierst bestehende Systeme, entwickelst und integrierst neue Technologie- und Softwarekomponenten sowie KI-Elemente wie klassische Machine-Learning-Modelle, Natural-Language-Processing-Verfahren und moderne LLM-basierte Ansätze (z. B. generative KI und RAG-Systeme)
• Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Projektakquisition und bei Ausschreibungen: Hier erfolgt eine aktive Mitwirkung bei der Angebotserstellung.

Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Data Science, Physik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit KI-Lösungen; davon mindestens drei Jahre in der Konzeption von KI-Lösungsarchitekturen und API-Designs — vorzugsweise im Beratungsumfeld. Erfahrung im Umgang mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern/Ausschreibungsprozessen ist von Vorteil.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud-Plattformen, modernen Software-Engineering-Prinzipien, API-Design sowie MLOps-/Deployment-Praktiken.
• Kenntnisse in IT-Compliance und IT-Sicherheit sowie Erfahrung bei der Integration neuer Technologien in bestehende Systeme (Abwägung Aufwand/Nutzen/Qualität).
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten: Du kannst komplexe technische Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht aufbereiten und vermitteln.
