**What you'll build**

**Where you belong**
The Cash Collection Central Services Team is part of the Global Cash Collections Organization which is responsible for the entire account receivables process from when the invoice is delivered to SAP customers to when the actual payment is received. It includes processes like non-payment, dispute management, dunning procedure, customer qualification & blocking, customer specific reserves and special reporting packages. The team drives standardization and automation to simplify the order to cash processes. We provide data insights on steering relevant KPIs to the regional teams, drive and lead projects across the organizations.

You will identify discrepancies, generate actionable insights to refine predictive models, and ensure that validation outcomes are clearly documented and communicated to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your ResponsibilitiesGround-Truth Dataset Creation: Build a harmonized dataset that serves as the foundation for subsequent model evaluation.
Metric Definition & Pipeline Design: Define evaluation metrics and implement an automated evaluation pipeline.
Statistical Analysis: Conduct large-scale analyses to detect systematic deviations and identify meaningful clusters for result segmentation (e.g., by building typology, region, or other data patterns).
Model Optimization: Support the refinement of Predium’s approximation algorithms to improve accuracy and validate results on hold-out datasets.
Documentation & Communication: Create a final report, integrate findings into the Predium Academy, and prepare a stakeholder presentation at the end of the internship.
Your ProfileEducation: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Civil / Environmental Engineering or a similar field.
Technical Skills: Good understanding of building physics and energy performance assessment. Experience with Python and pandas; ideally familiar with statistical libraries like NumPy or SciPy.
Working Style: Analytical, self-driven, and solution-oriented. You enjoy turning data into actionable insights.
Availability: Available for a full-time internship for a duration of 3 months, joining us in our office in Munich.
Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
