**What does a successful IT Manager do?**
You will manage our Software Development Team, being responsible for development and maintenance of payment services and solutions.
**What you will do?**
+ You will be responsible for building multiple scrum team which will develop and maintain payment services and Product enhancements with new features.
+ As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for working with Product, Solution Architects, DevOps / SREs and the leadership team to translate the requirements into payment services and solutions provided by our platform.
+ You are expected to lead multiple scrum teams with approximately 12 to 15 associates.
+ You are expected to be a Mentor and produce high quality output by effectively managing the scrum team.

Responsibilities
As a Staff Engineer for Software Development, you will design and implement programmatic interfaces for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), develop intuitive user interfaces and implement code to control test execution. You will optimize performance, scalability, and stability; take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure alignment with business needs. You will be in contact with local and international experts on software and electronic hardware engineering to deliver impactful results for the Power Semi Test Division of Teradyne.
Tasks
+ Develop customer toolsets to control and use instruments on ATE systems
+ Debug systems on electronic board level to embedded hardware through the software toolset
+ Develop and maintain internal software tools to assist the development and debugging process
+ Develop and maintain internal tools to measure and assure the quality of the delivered software
+ Contribute as an active member of the Power Semi Development Team

Basic Qualifications & Skills
+ A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
+ At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
+ Solid Experience with most of the following tools: C#, C++, C, and .NET
+ Advanced knowledge in Windows Desktop Application, Object-Oriented Design, Software Data Structures, and Version Control Management, UML as a plus.
+ Fluency in English and German is required
Nice To Have
+ Experience working with issue tracking systems (i.e. JIRA)
+ Experience using CoPilot to accelerate design and development
+ Excellent debugging skills for electronic devices
