About the role

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for audio, a strong track record of training and deploying models, and the drive to create real-world impact—beyond just papers and benchmarks. Tasks

• Model development & deployment : Design, train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy deep learning models for speech enhancement—and more. Our work spans both lightweight models for edge devices and high-performance models for the cloud.

**Responsibilities**
+ **Cloud-Based Data Preparation:** Design and develop a cloud-based data preparation pipeline for ML model development in the Design and Manufacture space.
+ **Optimization:** Optimize this pipeline for throughput, latency, and cost using published or novel and creative approaches.
+ **Model Development:** Develop ML models, building on the latest published research.
+ **Model Improvement:** Improve and customize existing models using methodologies like RAG, fine-tuning, and transfer-learning.
+ **Integration:** Integrate existing ML models into novel applications.
+ **Application Development:** Develop and deploy applications that integrate AI/ML technology or models.

**Requirements**

+ **Programming Skills:** Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (required), C++ (optional).
